At Trendss India, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help with a simple return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You have received the wrong item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue with the product is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
  • Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return Request Period

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Our support team will assist you throughout the exchange process to ensure a smooth resolution.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Products returned without a valid unboxing video.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Trendss India reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
